****The Constitution Party Of Missouri****
*Is Smokin' Hot!*
**
**
[image: Constitution Party of
Missouri]

*Why?*

*Maybe* it is because it has 26 candidates running for various partisan
offices in Missouri, [actually 27, but two are vying for the same US Senate
Seat in the August primary], and 41 members who are running to be
party committee representatives.

*Maybe* it is because it is so active with events of every kind; such as ice
cream socials, meet the candidate forums, a booth at the MO state fair;
county CP meetings, educational events, gun raffles, and other public
outreach events, such as hosting Sheriff Richard Mack, many of which are
occurring on a regular weekly or monthly basis!

*Maybe* because it has one of the finest websites of any Constitution Party
state affiliate. Check it out at*:**
**www.ConstitutionPartyMO.org*
*.*
**
*Maybe,* it is because of the many dedicated and talented members like Ray
Kish who produced this great 5-minute Youtube production explaining how the
"elephants" & "donkeys" have sold out the American working people: *
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIf-T2Rbqp0*
and
Day Lay explaining his Constitution Party Congressional candidacy: *

*Maybe*, it is because the Constitution Party of Missouri is absolutely
dedicated to offering "Show Me State" voters a real choice and knows that,
in order to do so, it must follow through with the real nuts and bolts
political work necessary to be truly competitive at the ballot box.

*Probably*, it is a combination of all of these things and much more! The
Constitution Party of Missouri is a state affiliate party of which we can
all be very proud and for which we should all be very grateful. After 18
years of development a number of our Constitution Party state organizations
are now beginning to establish themselves as real and effective political
party organizations and our "Show Me" state party is at *or near* the top of
this list. Thank you *MO* for helping to "show us" the way!

*Steve Speyrer Runs F**or Mayor *
*of Leonville, Louisiana!*
**

*Steve Speyrer*
**
*Steve Speyrer* is a nationally known champion body builder and a successful
businessman, as the owner of Classic Anatomy Gym,
www.classicanatomygym.com. He is also the national Constitution Party
contact for Louisiana and
he hopes to be the next mayor of Leonville, Louisiana!

Last year Steve noted a regrettable lack of recent Constitution
Party activity in the Bayou state and expressed a desire to do something to
change that situation. He volunteered for the task of serving
as the "contact" for Constitution Party in Louisiana. His primary goal is
to help achieve ballot access for the Constitution Party through a campaign
to register 1,000 Louisiana voters into the Constitution Party. There are
already a few hundred CP registered members in the state and Steve is hoping
to build on that in time to qualify the party for the 2012 election. He is
currently planning to attend the next national committee meeting in Ft.
Worth, Texas and hopes to come there as the new mayor of Leonville,
Louisiana.

As far as the Mayor’s race is concerned, Steve reports that he was urged to
run by many people in his town who feel that a change is long overdue in
Leonville. He is facing an incumbent who has been in office for 34 years!

Dlection day is October 2nd and a run-off, if necessary, will be in
November. Speyrer is known as a Constitution Party activist in his
community and listed the CP as his party affiliation, but was put into the
category of “other” for now. The present incumbent and one other candidate
are Democrats. Steve reports that NOT being a Democrat or Republican is
proving to be a big asset in this year's campaign.

*The following is the local newspaper account of Steve's announcement of
candidacy:*

*Leonville businessman Steve Speyrer has announced his intention to
challenge incumbent Mayor Joel Lanclos in the Oct. 2 election.*

By William Johnson • wjohnson@dailyworld.com • June 28, 2010
Speyrer, owner of Classic Anatomy Gym, said he believes the time is right
for a change.

He pointed to a new city hall and community center going up in nearby Sunset
and asked why Leonville isn't seeing similar progress.

"Other towns are passing us up," Speyrer said. "We have no festival, no
children's parade, we don't even have Christmas decorations. People want us
to move forward."

He argued the town can do a better job of seeking out grants and other
sources of funding to build a library, add sidewalks, a park or other
improvements.

"We need more things for our young people to do," Speyrer said. "We are not
asking for much. We just want improvement."

Speyrer said he is eager to work with the citizens of Leonville and its
elected leaders to improve the community with a focus on families.

"I will address all issues and move our community forward while keeping
Leonville the place that we all like to call home," Speyrer said.

"Together we can make a difference," Speyrer said. "With your help we can do
this."

Speyrer is married to the former Stephanie Ellis and they have two children,
Alex, 11, and Noah, 2.

* It's Dave Edwards in South Carolina's 4th*
*Congressional District!*

*Dave and Amy Edwards*
**
Dave Edwards was raised by his
missionary parents to be proud of the United States, the Constitution, and
the heritage of our founding fathers. He believes the liberties established
for us through our nation’s founding documents should be cherished and
defended in the hope that they’ll one day be fully restored to us and future
generations.

Extensive travel overseas to Australia, Papua New Guinea, South Korea, Costa
Rica, Albania, Kosovo, and other places has continued to increase Dave’s
appreciation for the United States, the Constitution, and the many ways in
which our nation has led the world throughout recent history. We need
leaders, not followers, to return our country to the place where our federal
government is once again limited by the Constitution.

Dave and his wife Amy currently live in the Taylors area and are expecting
their first child in October. They have both been involved in the community
in many different ways through volunteering and serving with multiple boards
and organizations. They are both believers in Jesus Christ and attend North
Hills Community Church.

Dave graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate and holds a
degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He
previously worked for an accounting firm in downtown Greenville before
starting his own profitable business in real estate. Amy also holds a degree
in Accounting, is a CPA currently working as a financial analyst, and is as
fiscally conservative as her husband. They are both committed to maintaining
a financially responsible lifestyle on a personal level and believe that we
need a similar level of fiscal responsibility throughout our federal
government.

Dave is proud of his brother, who currently serves in the United States
Marine Corps, and for his father-in-law, uncles, grandfather, and other
family members who have formerly served in our military.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with Amy, playing rugby, reading,
hiking, traveling, volunteering.

*Chelene Nightingale's July 23rd **Money Bomb is
ticking...ticking...ticking!*

*Chelene Nightingale receiving "America First Award" from National Veterans
Coalition Chairman, Larry Breazeale, at the Phoenix Rising Ralley in
Phoenix, Arizona *

*Los Angeles, CA* – State rights advocate and Constitution defender
Gubernatorial Candidate,* Chelene Nightingale,* launches a Money Bomb
fundraiser in a coalition with Money Bomb founder, *James Sugra *this Friday,
July 23, 2010.

A staunch constitutionalist and community organizer, Chelene Nightingale
was recruited by a number of American Independent Party leaders to run for
Governor of California. After years of advocating for Constitutional
candidates, she had been called to action and was dispatched as the icon for
the California Revolution. You can visit her new campaign website at:
www.nightingaleforgovernor.com.

“I am one of you. I am not a politician. I am '*We The
People',”*Nightingale declared at her announcement for candidacy. “If
you don’t think
we can win, guess again.”

Over the next year, Chelene rallied a statewide movement underpinned by
hundreds of thousands of grassroots Patriots for the first explosive
rebellion against state spending, the cost of illegal immigration, and
Federal Government-induced drought in California’s Central Valley.

In June of 2010, the Nightingale campaign enlisted, as its operations
director, *James Sugra,* *co-organizer of the record-breaking November 5th
mass donation - brainchild of the Ron Paul Money Bomb of 2007*. Sugra’s
original grassroots concept made US History when his action paved the road
for monumental fundraising during the 2008 Presidential Primary season.

*Sugra’s inspiration united 40,000 Americans to amass 4.3 million dollars in
a single day,* an achievement that produced the most funds raised online in
a 24 hour period for any political candidate in US History and more money
than any Republican candidate had ever raised in one day via traditional
means and online donations combined.

On the heels of its promising staff addition, the new Nightingale for
Governor team is launching its ifrst Money Bomb effort aimed at July 23,
2010. A promotional video for the event features a motivating rock euphony
entitled, “Stand Up” by Jeremy Dodge and includes clips from Chelene’s
recent border tour and Tea Party speeches. Find the link below.

The July 23rd Money Bomb marks the one year anniversary of the slaying of
California Border Patrol Agent, Robert Rosas, who was murdered while
protecting the California border.

Chelene Nightingale recently visited the California border for the Agent
Rosas Tree Planting Tribute Ceremony. “Our current administration assures
us that our borders are secure. If this was true, Agent Rosas would still
be alive today and over 80 miles of Arizona would not be drug cartel
territory today. *We The People* must demand our government protect us from
a dangerous illegal insurgency,” declared Nightingale.

“We truly believe that Chelene Nightingale can win and urge every voter in
California to join this great ‘We the People’ Revolution at the ballot box
in 2010,” said Gary Odom, National Field Director of the Constitution
Party, who was the chairman of the California American Independent Party in
1988.

Chelene Nightingale will be printed on the November ballot as a candidate
for California governor. Registered voters from all parties are able to
cast their vote for Chelene on Election Day.

The July 23rd Money Bomb is the first official statewide volunteer effort of
the newly reorganized Nightingale for Governor Campaign. Supporters are
encouraged to find their regional Meetup group at
*www.meetup.com*and
attend their local Money Bomb party. A conference call will be
scheduled allowing all supporters to hear the Nightingale Campaign’s vision
on a path to declare victory in November.

Several videos have been produced to support Chelene's Money Bomb. The
official campaign video is here: Stand Up *

Two excellent video's (also designed to promote Friday's money bomb)

the history of Constitution Party be just days away? *

Convention in August? *
