Election complaint to Secretary of State regarding the AIP 2010 convention and SCC meeting

Everyone:

Today, I downloaded an Election Complaint Form from the Secretary of State's web site [ www.sos.ca.gov/elections/fraudcomplaint_form.pdf ], filled in my name, address, etc., entered the following complaint (attached):

I am the American Independent Party candidate for U.S.
Representative in Congress, District 11. Myself and numerous other
AIP nominees and elected county central committee members were
denied our rights of participation in the AIP Convention of June 26,
2010, and AIP State Central Committee Meeting of June 27, 2010, per
Elections Code sections 7500-7699. The Attorney General has directed
me to ask the Secretary of State to please investigate this matter.

and mailed the signed form to:

I suggest that all of you who are AIP nominees and/or elected county central committee members whose rights were denied consider doing the same.
