Attached please find a scan of a letter from the Attorney General's Public Inquiry Unit to David Christensen dated July 12, 2010 regarding my request that they investigate the AIP 2010 convention and SCC meeting. The Attorney General's office states:

"Thank you for your correspondence to Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. voicing your concern regarding possible Elections Code violations."

"The Secretary of State's Office has primary responsibility to investigate cases of alleged criminal misconduct and to determine if an election violation has occurred. We suggest you forward your correspondence to the Secretary of State's Office, Election Fraud Investigation Unit, 1500 11th Street, 5th Floor, Sacramento, California 95814."

"If you have questions or would like to obtain additional information, that office can be contacted at (916) 657-2166 or 1-800-345-8683."
